Bath time, Hike and Dad

Strong Grip.
Eli often uses his hands to express himself.

Lydia has been wanting to go on a hike all summer. We finally took this walk/hike on Thursday.  It is just a really cool trail that you can walk on to go under the bridge. There are some waterfalls along the way and some steep stairs too. It was fun to go on this tail in the spring and in the fall to see the different aspects of the seasons.  The leaves are changing and the grass is now yellow.  I think we even saw a rattlesnake although we didn't hang around to find out.   Eli wore Dad's hat since we forgot sun screen and a hat for him.  We took a picture of him in it and then Lydia wanted one too. We got to the bridge just in time to see five or six jumpers.   it is really neat to see them jump and pull their chutes.  I think two of them landed in the water or really close to it. That usually doesn't happen.

Lydia chewing gum. It doesn't last very long before she swallow it but she still likes it.

  Her funny face

About time  for a picture of Eli and his Dad.

You look so pretty, Linda Lee! I love all of your new posts and pictures. Eli is just adorable. Seeing all of these pictures just makes me want to come up there and cuddle with him! Lydia looks like she had a great birthday. Montanna loved to sing Happy Birthday to herself too. We so wish we were closer so we could play with you guys!

Eli looks so grown up already! Love all the new pictures and updates. I can't wait until Aubrey likes to play with sidewalk chalk. I tried a few weeks ago but she just wanted to eat it. Hope you are having a great day!
