Montana and Montana

Since we have live in Montana for the past almost seven months we have had the great privileged to see Grandma and Papa five out of the seven months.  It has been a wonderful adjustment since our children have not been able to visit  that much till now.  Ben is also enjoying it.  You can take the boy out of Montana but you can't take the Montana out of the boy.  He loves it here.
On the day after Halloween, we went over to Bigfork.  Our first stop was at Great Grandma's and Great Papa's.  Lydia couldn't wait to show off her new princess dress.  She also enjoyed making cookies with Great Grandma.

Then of course we had all sorts of fun with Papa and Grandma.

Playing taco. Papa would wrap up and the pull the blanket fast and they would spin out as fast as she could.

Playing Inside and ... Halloween

This is how Eli dresses up.  Go figure for the older sister influence.

Lydia in gymnatics.  It was hard to get a good picture of her.  She loved the rope.  It was her favorite part.  Otherwise gymnastics to her was,"Just not my thing"

Cinderell and the cowboy.  We went trunk-er treating but it was sooo  cold that we didn't stay out long. They both had enough candy anyway.  In fact, I think that they still have some left.

First Snow Fall

Mud Pies

Playing with the neighbor kids.

Back in October, at the first snow fall the kids went out to play.  I enjoy sending them in to our back yard when we can. We love having a back yard. They bundled up for the first time and went to make mud pies like it was summer.  I had to explain to them that in the winter we don't turn on the outside faucet.  They ended up playing only a short time.
