Park Days

Anna stared walking on the day of her birthday.  She was been trying our different walkin adventures since.   At the park she love to climb the stairs and to go down the slides.  She is not afraid of much.  She is getting more and more advanced in her skills.  Her new way to go up the stairs is to walk with the support of the rail.

I had the most trying time trying to get Anna to wear her shoes.  She finally understands, maybe because its cold,  that if she wants to go outside she has to wear shoes.  She will now bring me her shoes and have me put them on.

Kindergarten---

Lydia started school on the 2 of September 2014!!  She has great teachers, Mrs Hallock and Mrs.Owen. They team teach 36 kids.  She also mingles with the other kindergartners for gym, music, art and library. She loves it.  She never complains about long days or about the school work.  She has an air of maturity about her.
At recess she has become quite a monkey. She can swing from rung to rung the whole of the monkey bars. She also learning her cart wheels and back bends.
On The first day Dad took the morning off and we all went to the classroom together.  He was able to leave on his four hour journey to South Dakota right after we dropped her off. Mrs Owen read the story the kissing hand and then each child gave their parent a kiss on their hand and then each parent gave their child a kiss on their hand.  This kiss was meant to last a day and whenever parent and child got lonely they could hold their hand to their check for a kiss.
